Chef Christian Tan's restaurant in Angers offers fresh, tasty Khmer cuisine.

After an overhaul of the menu and a change of name, fans of Cambodian gastronomy continue to be delighted at Cambodia Street Food. Fresh mango salad with chicken, shrimp with lime or marinated salmon for starters, followed by beef with basil, chicken supreme with red curry sauce or stir-fried noodles, the flavors are always there. Bananas with coconut milk, rice pearls with taro cream... Desserts are no exception to the rule! Warmer than before, the dining room is pleasant and the service dynamic!

Excellent restaurant Asiatique, plats riches en saveurs, travaillés avec de nombreux ingrédients et généreux en ingrédients nobles (crevettes, boeuf...). Le service est un peu long car la personne en salle aide aussi à la cuisine, très courageuse ! Je recommande ce restaurant++
