Sagoa is a bright environment, with white walls and blond wood, just 20 covers, a short, precise menu, and light, fresh, gourmet cuisine. Sotteok sotteok, skewers of rice noodles and sausages, and doubou gangjeong, fried tofu with a lightly spiced sauce, open the ball. Dishes include vegetarian or beef bibimbap, or kale, a Korean curry. Finish with a hotteok, a pancake filled with caramel and peanuts, or a scoop of black sesame ice cream.
