Order preparation and guaranteed freshness: this is what this sushi chain is about, which, without being definitively banished, still offers relatively standardized products and flavors that will undoubtedly leave the real amateurs of this type of gastronomy. On the sushi side, properly realized, you can let yourself be tempted by the original association of daurade, sage and melting or Black Pepper that combines crab, lemon and black pepper. Also note that varieties ranging from salmon, snacked beef to Japanese eel, salmon eggs, or teriyaki tuna are also proposed. The makis combine with crab, salmon, avocado, cucumber, and even rosat geranium with slightly citrated taste… The California Rolls, specialties close to the makis, offer surprising and more elaborate combinations, as well as sashimis (raw fish slices) and tatakis (small slices of fish or meat briefly seized, bathed in vinegar and seasoned with ginger).
