The emblem of Vietnamese gastronomy in Angers, Chez Minh is everywhere: rue Bressigny, rue Toussaint and Halles Biltoki! Although our cravings for something different will be satisfied here, the most sophisticated offering is still to be found on rue Toussaint. Here, there are no endless lists of dishes, just classics... and nuggets! The nems, bo bun and pad thaï are of course succulent, but it would be a shame to miss out on some lesser-known specialties, such as caramelized panga with Vietnamese pepper or Vietnamese crepe stuffed with pork and shrimp.

Il devait y avoir du poulet et des crevettes dans ma soupe.
Je n'ai vu que des lamelles de tranche de poulet reconstitué et les crevettes sont inexistantes totalement.
Il y a d'autres lamelle jaunâtre dont je ne saurais donne une description.
Le goût est indescriptible, aucun repère, et la texture n'est pas agréable.
Je passe mon chemin dorénavant
