This small pizzeria with 70 seats, 28 of which are in the dining room, is often full to capacity, and it's not possible to reserve a table, but it's well worth the detour! Its crisp, airy dough is covered, depending on the recipe, with a tomato sauce or a cream base, sometimes even with porcini mushrooms, followed by traditional Italian cheeses and charcuterie, mushrooms and a choice of 10 pizzas, the 10th being the new one of the month. For example, you could try a pizza with grana padano, fior di latte, coppa, candied onions and toasted almonds, all on a ricotta base.
