Welcome to the new Côte de Boeuf where everything has changed: management, decoration and dishes! You were expecting them, you won't be disappointed. Beautiful terracotta tiles, red and slate tones, fireplace and warm atmosphere, then the delicious smell of the dishes that awakens your senses. The waitress, whose welcome is absolutely charming, masters her menu perfectly! Efficient menus with, as the days go by, a beetroot/goat smoothie or even more surprising, the andouillettes nuggets with cancoillotte! We favour meat, of French origin with a beautiful entrecote, a pork chop with cream of boletus or with the best effect apricot almond sage butter or a delicious traditional or Italian-style tartar. On the sea side, a hake from the Ile d'Yeux with raspberry red butter, light and melting or for the lucky ones of a day, swordfish with combava and lemongrass! The most gourmet will opt for the "Prime Rib" menu with a 400 g piece and a choice of starter or dessert. You will find a nice choice of wine at good prices including by the glass as well as excellent beers from Anjou. Conclude with a panna-cotta or a fresh gazpacho with lime, deliciously fresh! Weakness: no terrace. Talents: a beautiful address to taste quality meat with perfect service, culinary audacity prepared by a passionate and very professional!
