Restaurant renowned for its quality burgers in Angers.
At Paul's, the burgers are happily emancipated from their US origins. The room, tastefully decorated, avoids the clichés of the New York diner by displaying on its stone walls pretty colored pictures. The burgers, on the other hand, are not declined in an endless list of recipes, and above all display real flavors, composed from quality products and from the region, from the Pulled pork to the Classico or the BBQ. We salute the originality of the Jarzé (chicken supreme, pecorino, chorizo, basquaise sauce...) and especially the Octopus (octopus with parsley butter, candied pink onions, virgin sauce...). As for the home fries, served as an accompaniment, they are divine!
