Known for his many butcher's shops (Maison Vincent, Les Viandes Avrillaises, Boucherie de la Maine...), Vincent Chulio, butcher-caterer in Anjou since 1985, opened this large brasserie specializing in meats 2 years ago on the banks of the ring road, where simplicity reigns, both in terms of decor and recipes.
