First created to serve meal plates in business, Class' Crust has been able to diversify its offer to offer also today dishes, sandwiches or salads to eat on site, to take away, or on delivery at home, and this from the time of breakfast. Although sandwiches are still industrial, they are always generously adorned and fresh. Some recipes come out of the ordinary, like the Cabochard, with its goat cheese, Greek yogurt, bacon, pine nuts and rockets, or Italian, garned with carpaccio of marinated beef, pesto and parmesan chips. Good salads composed also, as well as warm hot dishes: to have a duck, chicken way tikka massala, raviolini to pecorino and pepper… There are good muffins, fruit salads, but also cheese-cake or original green-cassis drinks. The meal boxes and cocktail buffets are very popular for large working meetings and offer a truly diverse map, ranging from chicken sharks to duck filet to lamb roast or trout pavement.
