Take a look at their website to understand that this is even a trademark! But as far as the quality of these famous bagels is concerned, we are not laughing! Made in the rules of art, they are in the nature of the art, the curves, the cereals, poppy… As for revenue, they are invariably saltwading: The "Isidore" combines mozzarella, cream cheese, marinated pepper and pesto sauce, the "Leontin" puts smoked salmon to honor and the "Gab" is playing in New York fashion with its pastrami and barbecue sauce. We finish with a choco-almonds bagel, a cheesecake, or a fruit salad, not forgetting to taste the house coffee (yes, the Bagelstein franchise roasting its own coffee!) Weaknesses: the narrow location. Talents: The staff were very friendly and helpful.
