Small restaurant offering original pizzas in the style of Rome and Hungary, Italian wines and homemade desserts
This new little pizza place is actually unique in Angers in that it offers pizzas made in the style of Rome: taglia romana! These are rectangular pizzas baked on a griddle, and the homemade dough comes out very airy. The other original speciality is pizza fritta: this time, they are cooked Hungarian-style by being dipped in an oil bath (cook Roland is originally from Hungary). This gives an original taste to these pizzas, which are turned over like calzones, like Neapolitan with salami. Desserts are also homemade: panna cotta, tiramisu and caprese chocolate cake, all gluten-free and smelling of Italy. As for Ewelina, she serves you with a smile and recommends hand-picked Italian wines.
