We're so spoiled at Bistrot des Ducs! Chef Kevin Le Faucheux has been working wonders since the restaurant opened in 2016. Reservations are essential, as the restaurant is often packed to the rafters, thanks to these flavorful dishes! Take, for example, this perfectly cooked, tender and juicy back of saithe, set in a mussel emulsion with sake, dressed with grilled chorizo chips and samphire. We finish with a fresh fruit nage and a scoop of lime sorbet, a light ending to the meal. With prices so low for such quality on the plate, and service as friendly as it is fast, Le Bistrot des Ducs is a benchmark.

Ce dernier m'avait été recommandé par une amie. Nous avons déjeuné en terrasse, très calme car rue piétonne mais un peu en pente dû à la configuration de la rue. Poisson en plat et pain perdu en dessert pour moi, poisson et glace dame blanche pour mon amie. Petites attentions avant de commencer : pain grillé crème ciboulette ou beurre et à la fin chamallows dans un petit bocal.
Très belle découverte. Il est impératif de réserver car complet dès 12h.
