Located on the Quai terrace, La Réserve is one of the few rooftops in Anjou to offer a panoramic view of the entire riverbank, from the château to the cathedral. But make no mistake, the view is by no means the only asset of the place, which offers well-crafted gourmet bistro cuisine, from starter to dessert. You'll enjoy classics like this beef tartare or fillet of sea bass in Anjou rouge sauce, as well as more original creations, but above all fine cuts of meat, some of which you can share. It's a must-try in Anjou, but you'll have to pay for it...
