An inspired place, an address of Angevin gastronomy. Here, the Michelin-starred Chef Gaëtan Morvan and his partner Fanny offer refined, subtle cuisine in an intimate and friendly setting. From the moment you try it, the magic happens. Simple or sophisticated, each dish proudly claims its origin and reveals exceptional flavours. The tasting menu, declined in 7 courses, offers regional products such as pigeon de Maulévrier, beetroot and hay-flavoured juice. The desserts are an invitation to travel, like this pineapple with spices or this chocolatey dessert combining hot and cold. An efficient, smiling, never uptight service and of course the Chef's immense talent!

Très belles salles, une cuisine raffinée, toujours surprenante et innovante qui a su égayer nos papilles.
Le menu en 9 plats est une merveille (mon préféré étant La Saint Jacques ????), et l'accord avec alcool propose une belle harmonie avec les plats.
Service impeccable.
