Inventive and tasty cuisine in a superb bistronomic bar-restaurant in Angers.
With its meticulous decor, vintage objects in the background, attractive lighting and a superb marriage of wood and metal in the furniture, Le P'tit Foch offers a warm welcome. On the plates, the bistronomic spirit of the place always hits the spot: goat's cheese mousse, bresaola, white asparagus; duck foie gras for starters; saithe back, tomato sauce, vegetable ratatouille for main courses... the flavors are there, the cooking just right. As for desserts, simplicity prevails, but the execution is just as remarkable.
