Revisited cuisine in a restaurant with a beautiful view on the Maine river and oyster bar in Angers.
An unobstructed view of the Maine River, a pretty multi-storey house and a chic, well-appointed decor - this is a very pleasant setting for a cuisine that's just as pleasing. The menu evolves with the seasons, offering simple dishes (rump steak, duck breast, tartar, cod back) or something a little more sophisticated (bass en portefeuille, scallops and risotto, poultry pressé with layon sauce). As for desserts, the rice pudding with salted butter and caramel leaves an excellent impression, although the Charlotte poire-chocolat is also very tempting.
