Former chef of Autour d'un cep, Jérémie Baron opened in spring 2023 this place inspired by the famous Parisian bouillons, where you can eat well, simply and cheaply! Traditional, family-style cuisine served with a smile. The lunchtime menu offers unbeatable value for money, with 4 or 5 different starters, main courses and desserts on the slate: country terrine, vegetable tabbouleh, cochon confit, cotriade bretonne, plum financier, rhubarb crumble and lemon sorbet... And last but not least, congratulations on the quality of the wine recommendations!

Rien à redire, un vrai bouillon dans le sens noble du terme: un lieu où on mange très bien sans vider son compte en banque. Service super sympa en prime.

Très belle découverte sur la recommandation d'un vigneron. De très bonnes assiettes accompagnées d'une carte des vins concise mais très intéressantes. L'équipe en salle est également très sympa. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
