Let's face it, restaurants with an unobstructed view of the Maine River are a rarity in Angers! So here's a great idea: a superb terrace where you can enjoy lunch or dinner just a few meters from the water. Chef Maxime Elan offers 100% home-cooked French cuisine inspired by bistronomy. Start with salmon gravelax or pig and duck terrine, followed by sea bream or filet mignon. Last but not least, classic desserts include crème brûlée and île flottante. The place is friendly and the service is attentive and friendly.
