Semi-gastronomic restaurant offering an original and inexpensive cuisine in Angers.
This address is so well hidden that it's hard to miss its treasures. Climb the stairs to the second floor and you'll find yourself in a completely different atmosphere to the Irish bar on the first floor. It's a different atmosphere here: slate, tufa and exposed beams. In this semi-gastronomic restaurant, the menu is ephemeral, and the inspired cook knows how to marry flavors you don't usually try! You'll love the broccoli velouté with cheddar cheese mouillettes, the exotic sea bream tartare, the comté-crusted fillet with country-style pan-fry or the semi-cooked tuna with fennel nem on parsnip crumble. For dessert, the Ankara is a goat's macaroon with beet, while the Coni is a chestnut cream and hazelnut cracker éclair. A word of advice: the lunchtime formulas (also available on Saturdays) are a great opportunity to try the originality of the chef's dishes at a lower price. To top it all off, this intimate setting is perfect for a romantic evening with friends. Weakness: so discreet that it's easy to overlook!

Dessert : tarte citron bien, par contre la poire rôtie décevant portion trop petite.
Pain excellent.
