Delicious seasonal, homemade, seasonal cuisine in a restaurant overlooking the Place du Ralliement in Angers.

A tempting menu and a breathtaking view of Place du Ralliement: Provence Caffé has it all! The place always offers a few Mediterranean dishes (mini bouillabaisse or scampi ravioli for starters), but also excels when it comes to delighting us with guinea fowl supreme with bell pepper cream, snacked scallops with coral sauce, or fillet of sea bream with shiitake fondue. There's no shortage of desserts either, with pistachio shortbread with chocolate cream or roasted pineapple with Sichuan pepper.

Une valeur sûre, nous avons adoré les entrées, que dire de la dorade et du maigre...du plaisir par nos palais avec un très bon Quinci ,une tarte au citron revisitée sans fausse note.
