We come here for the calm and the bucolic setting, with this beautiful veranda facing the Maine river, but also to taste a high quality cuisine, concocted for over 15 years by Emmanuel Martin. A three-part menu: land and sea, but also vegetarian/vegan starters, main courses and desserts, depending on the season and the chef's inspiration. A cuisine open to the world but based on local products, some of which are organically grown. At the top!
