A typical brasserie, in the spirit of those of the Parisian boulevards, and that one meets today in each big city, with large spaces (here in several levels) and a vast French menu: foie gras, pike-perch pavé, filet mignon, sauerkraut, grilled fish, seafood platters, carpaccio, grills, ribs, veal kidneys, as well as an original and welcome formula of fish tartars. The dessert menu is also extremely rich, from profiteroles to crème brûlée and crêpe Suzette.
