Le Pas Sage is a new Angevine address not to be missed! Opened in 2021 by Frédéric Jung, owner of Angevine's iconic student bar the James Joyce, and his long-time partner Ambre Lallier, Le Pas Sage has quickly carved out a place for itself on rue Saint-Laud. This bar, with its high-quality menu and affordable prices, also serves food. We'll be tasting, for example, pulled pork burgers, cheese and charcuterie boards or large salads. If you don't go back just for the food, which remains a rather pleasant brasserie, you'll come for the warm atmosphere, hand-picked drinks and friendly staff.
