Remarkable brasserie offering refined cuisine by chef Samuel Albert, for a fine dining experience.

Chef Samuel Albert has succeeded. His goal was to revitalize the city's largest brasserie on Place du Ralliement. In a setting that smacks of French tradition, there's no doubt that you'll enjoy a wonderful tasting experience with your loved ones, friends or family. The menu is refined, the service top-notch, the dishes refined (special mention to the andouillette de Jargeau, a real treat), all the boxes are ticked! Definitely worth a visit.

Restaurant cher par rapport à la qualité et à la présentation des plats tout juste moyennes. Nous avons découvert des restaurants bien meilleurs à quelques pas.

Des plats de brasserie sans chichis avec une cuisson maîtrisée. Le service fut rapide et la qualité au rendez-vous. Agréable renouveau de cet établissement.

La salle est grande et plutôt chaleureuse. Menus restreint donc produits frais. Menu à 32€, c'était plutôt copieux et vraiment bon, soigné. Le service est très pro et carré. On reviendra.
