Remarkable brasserie offering refined cuisine by chef Samuel Albert, for a fine dining experience.
Chef Samuel Albert has succeeded. His goal was to revitalize the city's largest brasserie on Place du Ralliement. In a setting that smacks of French tradition, there's no doubt that you'll enjoy a wonderful tasting experience with your loved ones, friends or family. The menu is refined, the service top-notch, the dishes refined (special mention to the andouillette de Jargeau, a real treat), all the boxes are ticked! Definitely worth a visit.

Malgré 1 serveur souriant et bienveillant, nous avons attendus les apéritifs 45min, les entrées 1h20... et pour couronner l'expérience les plats sont arrivés froids à notre table presque 1h45 après s'être installés... renvoyés à 2 reprises ils sont revenus non refaits mais réchauffés à nouveau froids... l'incompréhension totale sachant qu'un mois auparavant nous avions passé 1 excellent moment...
De plus, installés en véranda, nous avons du garder nos manteaux tellement il faisait froid avec les baies vitrées...
C'est bien dommage car nous y venions pour l'anniversaire d'un ami et ce fut une soirée ratée...
