SENS
Delicious cuisine from chef Nicolas Adamopulos to be enjoyed in a restaurant in Angers.
Now nestled in the heart of the Doutre district, the Sens restaurant almost feels like a speakeasy. In this former 12th-century chapel, chef Nicolas Adamopoulos offers a regularly changing menu of 4 to 6 sequences. The Sunday roast chicken-style floating island opens the ball. This is followed by a pretty mother-of-pearl scallop and stuffed cabbage, a Challans duck pie and a dessert combining oats... and mushrooms. As for the cellar (but not only), let yourself be carried away: sommelier Stéphane is sure to surprise you.
