Tasteful and generous cuisine from chef Yannick Gautier to be enjoyed in a restaurant with a retro atmosphere in Angers.
Arguably the most Rabelaisian restaurant in town! "We're here to enjoy ourselves," as the epicurean Eddy Mitchell put it in "Le bonheur est dans le pré" (Happiness is in the Meadow). Yannick Gautier welcomes his customers as if they were friends (12 seats!), cooking a generous and masterful blend of seasonal and local cuisine behind his counter: timbale of snails with old Comté cheese, lamb paupiette, salmon and sorrel escalope, veal kidneys with port wine... A little room for cheese or chocolate mousse with Espelette pepper?
