A restaurant name in the form of a concept: in this small "nomic" bistro with a pretty decoration combining wood, metal and recycled objects, Philippe Coco takes the orders, cooks and serves each customer tirelessly! The room has a few tables, but it's at the large counter overlooking the kitchen that it's best to take a seat to taste recipes, sometimes with an Asian influence, renewed every day and mastered to perfection: salmon gravlax or homemade fois gras as a starter, followed by a mousseline of whiting or beautiful can fillets. From delicacy to desserts, where the apricot clafoutis offers a special touch with its custard with verbena infusion.
