A sober and pleasant decoration with its chimney and its visible beams, a kitchen of great quality: here is the Daddy. Taking over from a Savoyard restaurant, it also has a cheese specialty: pasta flambéed in a wheel of Parmesan cheese. Apart from this concept, the chef masters his techniques to perfection. Tomato gazpacho as a starter, followed by a duck cromesquis with roasted zucchini and eggplant, and rice chips: the ingredients are beautifully balanced for a remarkable texture and flavor. For dessert, a siphon of cottage cheese, apricot and pieces of chocolate change the classic cottage cheese/fruit.
