Restaurant offering a bistronomic cuisine, elaborated by the chef Samuel Albert, in Angers.
It was his dream... And he made it come true! Angevin Samuel Albert, returned to his native land in the fall of 2019 to open this beautiful and bright establishment, on 2 floors, where customers closest to the open kitchens can discover the maestro and his brigade at work. The place, let's face it, is not for everyone, but offers a high-flying bistronomic cuisine. Between the know-how in the kitchen and the use of local and seasonal products, everything is done to delight you. The creative menu highlights the influences of the chef's travels, such as Asian notes, which can be found in his miso salmon dish or his gyozas, or more oriental notes with the Maine farm poultry with tandoori chicken juice. For dessert, we recommend you try his signature dessert, the Pomme Magritte, as good as it is beautiful. It's no coincidence that he won the Top Chef 2019 competition!
