Cooking of quality products in a restaurant of the boulevard Foch in Angers.
Great lunchtime restaurant during the week, bistronomic restaurant on Friday evenings... Fricot, whose reputation is well established, will never cease to amaze us. In this former Chez Rémi, then Saignant, Margot Nicolas in the dining room and Louisa Bellanger behind the stove offer generous, thoughtful cuisine and service. A bistro spirit prevails, with plates made from fresh, seasonal produce. We're convinced right from the start with these shrimp accras, aioli and minced fennel. The next course is just as delicious, with cod in coconut milk and curry, with old-fashioned vegetables. You've got it!
