LE CLOS DU ROI
Le Clos du roi has replaced the Monument café. In its refined decor of wood, stone and (royal?) blue, the place offers no less refined cuisine. And if you're a fan of local produce, don't worry: you can also enjoy local dishes such as gouline or crémet d'Anjou. There's something for everyone, from meat and fish lovers to vegetarians. For starters: brioche perdue with foie gras, or soft-boiled egg with chestnut velouté, then salmon marinated in miso and seaweed, or butternut purée with vegetables... High-end cuisine in the image of this prestigious château.
