Le Clos du roi has replaced the Monument café. In its refined decor of wood, stone and (royal?) blue, the place offers no less refined cuisine. And if you're a fan of local produce, don't worry: you can also enjoy local dishes such as gouline or crémet d'Anjou. There's something for everyone, from meat and fish lovers to vegetarians. For starters: brioche perdue with foie gras, or soft-boiled egg with chestnut velouté, then salmon marinated in miso and seaweed, or butternut purée with vegetables...
