Homemade cooking by chef Brice Sanchez in a restaurant with a bistro-retro decor in Angers.
A new chapter is opening for l'Ardoise, formerly located in the Doutre. Now located in Place Molière, the restaurant has grown considerably, with nearly 100 seats. At the helm are Brice Sanchez in the kitchen and his partner Thibault Savornin in the dining room, both of whom have worked at La Tour d'Argent. A winning combo for polished Mediterranean-inspired dishes (arancini, panisse marseillaise, squid cacciucco stew...) and attentive, discreet service. The liquids offer, composed of 180 references, is just as tempting.
