Based in La Roche-Neuville, Mayenne, this cutlery manufacturer opened its boutique-atelier in Angers at the end of 2020. Here, 5 superb knives from a range simply named "Anjou" are crafted according to the rules of the art (mainly from stainless steel for the blades, and local woods for the handles). Two "folding" models, one table knife and two kitchen knives. Are you interested in the art of cutlery? There's a workshop where you can take a one- or three-hour knife-making course, and leave with your own personalized knife, or even take a blade-sharpening course.
