This essential place of the Angevin cultural heritage celebrated in 2021 its 150 years. An Italian-style theater, topped by a dome painted by Jules-Eugène Lenepveu, with a vast auditorium seating 728. One comes here to attend classical music concerts but also classical and modern opera. There are also readings, one-man and one-woman shows, as well as comic and dramatic plays. Finally, note that exhibitions are also organized all year round on the first floor.

Magnifique théâtre, superbe vue sur la place du Ralliement. L'assise est bonne et on voit de partout. Accueil très professionnel!
