This landmark of Anjou's cultural heritage celebrated its 150th anniversary in 2021. An Italian-style theater, topped by a dome painted by Jules-Eugène Lenepveu, its vast auditorium seats 703. Visitors come here to enjoy classical music concerts, as well as classical and modern opera. There are also readings, one-man and one-woman shows, as well as comedy and drama. Exhibitions are also held all year round on the first floor.

Magnifique théâtre, superbe vue sur la place du Ralliement. L'assise est bonne et on voit de partout. Accueil très professionnel!
