TERRA BOTANICA
A park offering four exceptional universes on all the secrets of the plant world, with 275,000 plants and 1,000 trees.
Terra Botanica is a unique park in Europe. It combines attractions (some of which are very exciting) and the discovery or deepening of your knowledge of plants, in greenhouses representing all the terrestrial biotopes, from our mild temperate climate to the heat of the tropical jungle. Curious people and plant enthusiasts will find what they are looking for in this universe, which focuses on a form of life that is often ignored and which, every year, cultivates its share of novelties. Take off on board the largest gas balloon in the world, which overlooks the Angevin territory, and admire a breathtaking view at an altitude of 150 metres. The park also takes you into the world of the imagination with various shows (holograms, 4D, theatre...) taking place throughout the day. A small train goes through new paths with a guide, but you can climb into a giant walnut shell and go through the tree tops at your leisure. Terminals can be rented at the reception desk to engage in a fierce competition to become the best explorer in the park: solving riddles, augmented reality, sensory or speed challenges... The visit takes on a new dimension. Finally, a covered play area for children is added to the many activities already reserved for them (looking for amber, taking on the role of archaeologists...). As you stroll through the park, you will meet the plant ogre as well as the many goblins, pirates and other creatures that walk the paths.
