In his workshop, our chemist by trade, Cédric Lichtle, keeps a close eye on the beans: carefully selected, his coffees are roasted according to very specific parameters and tested before being marketed. Driven by the desire to make specialty coffee accessible to all, this coffee enthusiast offers a monthly roasting workshop. And for those who wish to equip themselves, automatic machines, French presses, V60s and other accessories are available for sale. There's also a boutique in Nantes!
