GUSTAVE ET CLAUDE
Gustave and Claude are the names of the pork-butcher grandfathers of Alexandre Blond and Hugo Germond, the young managers of this multi-purpose establishment. Their idea was to open a kind of old-fashioned covered market, with a friendly atmosphere. Indeed, between the greengrocer, charcuterie, delicatessen, wine cellar and cheese shop, there's plenty to fill your fridge with hand-picked produce. Alexandre and Hugo know their suppliers and know how to talk about them. You can dine here at lunchtime and in the evening, with the store offering a lunch menu and another for the weekend: in both cases, refined home cooking awaits you!
