Opened in June 2023 by the Basque company Biltoki, Les Halles Cœur de Maine covers almost 1,000 m² entirely dedicated to gastronomy. Shops include Le Billot butcher and delicatessen, La Marée Malouine fishmonger, Les Fruits de Sylvain organic greengrocer and Artisan Passionné patisserie. People come here to do their shopping, but also to take a break with friends and eat, thanks to the café-bar strategically located in the center of the site and its stands serving Iberian, Savoyard and Lebanese specialties...
