Barthelaix is much more than just a bakery. It's a family story that's been going on for generations. Founded 70 years ago by Jean Barthelaix, the family business is now run by his great-granddaughters, Charlotte and Lucie. They offer a wide range of baguettes and special breads, as well as classic pastries and specialties such as tourte angevine and crémet d'Anjou. Good quiches, salads and sandwiches are also available at lunchtime. And don't forget the theme cakes and number cakes - a real hit!
