Over the years, Maison Bécam has become a veritable institution in Anjou, with numerous sales and baking outlets in the city, its surrounding area and beyond. Its flagship product? The richly buttery Choc'O Roi, a shortbread with chocolate custard. The breads, meanwhile, are all of excellent composition, and the Bécam flute competes with many special breads.
