Matt's Bakery is a pastry shop in Angevine, created by Matthieu Beaumont. Raised in a family of professional cooks, he has been fascinated by Anglo-Saxon culture since his childhood and his career has mainly been marked by the culinary professions. A graduate in traditional French pastry making and from the Briochine Cake Design School, he now specialises in the manufacture of themed and customised artisanal products. Every day, he offers a vast choice of mignardises from Anglo-Saxon culture such as cookies, cupcakes, brownies, muffins and other creations. He elaborates them from traditional French recipes and uses local products selected by respecting the seasonality of the ingredients. Tailor-made with Cake Design: creation of artistic cakes in various shapes and forms (mounted pieces, sculpted cakes...) for all events such as birthdays, christenings, weddings, companies... From a simple theme or any other support, Matthieu creates a personalized, unique and spectacular gourmet work that surprises the guests. And finally, he offers professional training in the theme.
