BOUCHERIE DE LA MADELEINE
Always faithful to the post! For many years now, the Yannis and Virginie Lusson couple (she at the cash register and he at the stall) have been watching over the flawless reputation of their establishment. A beautiful traditional butcher shop in the neighbourhood as we like them, where smiles and know-how go hand in hand. Whether in a shop window or on order, beef makes its show here: marinated slices, tournedos, skewers, ribs, entrecote, tail and cheeks for the stew and even carpaccio plates. High quality meat, not to mention chickens, quails, pigeons, cockerels, pigs, rabbits, veal, lamb... The place also offers simple and successful ready meals: huge stuffed tomatoes, lasagna, cod brandade, beef tongue... The delicatessen, too, is of high quality: Corsican lonzo, excellent dry sausages, and some homemade specialities such as the delicious tarragon poultry terrine. Add to that some preserves, confits and artisanal wines and you will simply obtain an address you can't miss!
