For 3 years now, Jean-Luc Bossard has put his experience and know-how at the service of all gourmets in the neighborhood near Giant Roseraie. And if you don't immediately find his plot (easy yet, it's just opposite the tram tracks), just let yourself be guided by the delicious roast chicken smell! Beautiful ducks also, pawns, Christmas geese, turkey and quails. The meat from the etal is all clearly displayed: beef, pig, lamb, veal, pork… On the outside, a sign announces the meat of the day as well as the dish of the day: parenting chicken, stuffed tomatoes, containing ham, lasagna of vegetables or beef… The place also offers quiches, composed salads or excellent rillets, rewarded with a 3 rd prize in the 2018 Mamers competition (a sarthoise city, specialists so!).
