Thierry Château and Tonino Leroy-Goudet run this Maîtres Bouchers butcher's shop in Anjou, where tradition and quality go hand in hand. These friendly butchers buy their meat directly from the farm, so they've got quality to spare! The rabbits from Anjou are free from antibiotics and GMOs, and the milk-fed veal, lamb and pork are all local. Poultry from the Landes region is superb, and charcuterie is a sure bet. Boucherie soviétique
Je déconseille très vivement cet établissement. Au mépris de tout bon sens en période de Covid, cette boucherie impose toujours un minimum de 10euros pour payer sans contact. Quand j'ai poliment demandé si il était possible que je prenne à ma charge la fameuse taxe CB à l'origine de cette règle soviétique, on m'a répondu très sèchement 'On fait bien ce qu'on veut !' et on a refusé de me vendre les 2 steaks que j'avais commandés.
