These friendly butchers buy their meat directly from the farm, so they've got quality to spare! The rabbits from Anjou are free from antibiotics and GMOs, the milk-fed veal is raised under the mother's milk, and the lamb and pork are local. Poultry from the Landes region is superb, and charcuterie is a sure bet, with homemade rillettes and pâtés as fragrant as they are tasty.
