Open Tuesday to Saturday, 11:30am to 2:30pm and 5pm to 9pm; Sundays and public holidays, 11am to 2:30pm and 5pm to 9pm. Open on Sundays. Delivery possible (orders can be placed by telephone, to be taken away at a time of your choosing). Cheques not accepted. Restaurant vouchers.

L'Oriflamme, in Angers, is a gem for meat lovers. This rotisserie, located near the train station, offers a wide range of traditional French meats, including free-range chickens, guinea fowl, pork and ribs. The aroma of these succulent meats simmering in casseroles with potatoes and mushrooms is enough to make your mouth water. Toulouse, Montbéliard or Morteau sausages are also available. The homemade sauces go perfectly with the meats. At lunchtime, L'Oriflamme also offers large sandwiches made to order, with original combinations such as sausage with vegetables, chive cream and mushrooms. L'Oriflamme uses Label Rouge meats from local farms.
