Its cellar offers over 700 wines from all the French regions, including a significant share of organic production, as well as an honest choice of foreign wines from Italy, Spain, Australia and Africa and South America. Of course, there is some lack of visibility in the classification of the types of wines and terroirs, but Laurent's explanations and advice will prompt you quickly to the bottle best suited to your tastes and budget. The rest of the cellar will not leave the fans of whiskys insensitive, with nearly a hundred references from Ireland, Scotland, Japan, but also lovers of Caribbean rhine, renun or Central American rhines.
