The Des Halles et des Gourmets cheese dairy once again illustrates the excellence of the house. As a candidate for the national cheese-cutting competition "La Lyre d'Or" in 2024, Margot runs her department with a master's hand, and you'll find it hard to put a glue on her. In her shop window, you'll find over a hundred cheeses, including ewe's, cow's and goat's cheeses; soft, hard and spun... Most of them, of course, made with raw milk. Watch out for the addictive aperitif boards!
