After training at the MFR de la Pommeraye, the thirty-something wished to return to customer contact, which is more pleasant for his epicurean customers. Complementing each other, the store's shelves feature over a hundred cheese and wine references, for a truly successful pairing. Beyond the classic Comté and Morbier cheeses, Martin is sure to surprise you with this pretty tomme d'Anjou with wild garlic, or Pièce d'Aval, a small goat's cheese from Anjou Biquette.
