L’ALPAGE FROMAGERIE
Mountain cheeses are flavourful and fragrant. That's why in Alpage there is a beautiful selection of these local products, but the alpine slopes are not the only ones supplying these fruits of milk. All of France is represented here, as is the nobility of European cheeses, of course. Philippe and his associates keep the bench on the markets and provide local resellers and restaurateurs. Thus, soft pasta can be bought (brie, camembert), perverts (roquefort, Auvergne blue, gorgonzola), cooked (beaufort, county) and uncooked (cantal, cod, mimolette, tomb of Savoy). Goat cheese is also well represented. In organic cheese, one finds little Mary and King Willem, made in Mayenne. Other dairy products are offered as dairy butter to raw milk, white cheese, milk… But also and above all a delicious creation of Anjou homemade!
